Molson Coors Brewing Company
Pete joined Adolph Coors Company in 1971 where he held a number of executive and management positions. He previously served as chairman of the board of Adolph Coors Company from 2002 to 2005, and was chief executive officer from May 2000 to July 2002. He served as a director of Coors Brewing Company, the company’s US-based subsidiary, beginning in 1973. In 2002, he was named executive chairman, and was chief executive officer from 1992 to 2000. He has been a director of both US Bancorp and of Energy Corp. of America since 1996. Peter received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
Alan Clark was appointed SABMiller’s chief operating officer in 2012 and will succeed Graham Mackay as chief executive of SABMiller plc in July 2013. Alan joined The South African Breweries Limited (SAB Ltd) in 1990 and has held a number of senior positions in the SABMiller Group including managing director of SABMiller Europe, operations and marketing director of SAB Ltd, chief executive of Amalgamated Beverage Industries Ltd (SAB Ltd’s soft drinks division) and chairman, Appletiser South Africa (Pty) Ltd. Before joining the group, Alan received his Doctorate of Psychology degree from the University of South Africa.
General Counsel and Group Company Secretary
John Davidson joined the group as General Counsel and Group Company Secretary in 2006. Before joining SABMiller, he spent his entire legal career at Lovells, a leading international law firm, where he had been a partner since 1991, specialising in international corporate finance, cross border mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance advisory work. He was the Chairman for 2010 and 2011 of the GC100 group (the association of general counsel and company secretaries of companies in the FTSE 100). John has a first class law degree and a Bachelor of Civil Law (post-graduate degree) from Oxford University (St John’s College).
Domenic De Lorenzo
Director of Group Strategy and Acting Chief Financial Officer
Domenic De Lorenzo was appointed Director of Group Strategy in 2014 and Acting Chief Financial Officer in February 2015. He is a Chartered Accountant (SA), completing his articles at Arthur Young, and joined SABMiller's corporate finance team in 1996 from UAL Investment Bank in South Africa. He has held a number of senior positions in the group, including Director, Corporate Finance and Development for Europe and the Americas and Director of the global Corporate Finance and Development team.
Nick Fell was appointed marketing director, SABMiller plc in 2006. Prior to this, he worked for Cadbury Schweppes plc as president, global commercial strategy and also as director of marketing, Cadbury Trebor Bassett. Nick previously worked for Diageo plc for 15 years in a number of senior roles, including global brands director, Johnnie Walker, and group marketing director, Guinness Brewing. Nick received his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Pembroke College.
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mark is President and CEO of Molson Coors and serves as a member of the Board. He brings more than 20 years of Molson Coors experience and most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Molson Coors Europe. Prior to that, Mark was President and Chief Executive Officer of Molson Coors UK. Before that, he was Chief Commercial Officer for Molson Coors Canada where he was responsible for all sales and marketing activities. Earlier in his career Mark managed the export markets and business unit strategy for Bass Brewers and marketing management of the Carling brand. He has also served on the board of Bass Brewers as Marketing Director and the board of Coors Brewers Ltd. where he held a variety of sales positions with Hallmark Cards and Bulmers Drinks. Mark holds a Bachelor Honours degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland.
Global Chief Financial Officer
Mauricio is a highly accomplished international finance executive, Restrepo has more than a dozen years of experience in the beer and spirits industries. He joined Molson Coors from Beam Suntory, the world’s third largest spirits company, where he had been Senior Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer since 2014. Prior to joining Beam Suntory, Restrepo spent nine years with SABMiller in senior finance roles, first as CFO of SABMiller Latin America and later CFO of SABMiller Europe. He joined SABMiller in 2005 when it acquired Colombia-based Grupo Empresarial Bavaria where he was CFO. Before entering the beer and spirits business, Restrepo held commercial and finance positions at Random House, South American automaker SOFASA, and JP Morgan. Mauricio holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in economics and mathematics from Tufts University.
Tony van Kralingen
Supply Chain and Human Resources Director
Tony van Kralingen was appointed supply chain and human resources director for the SABMiller group in October 2008. He joined The South African Breweries Limited (SAB Ltd) in 1982 and has held a number of senior positions in the group. These include operations director and marketing director, SAB Ltd, chairman and chief executive officer, Plzenský Prazdroj A.S. and, most recently, chairman and managing director: SAB Ltd. In his current role he is accountable for group procurement, technical and R&D, information technology and human resources. Tony received his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Natal University.
Global Chief People and Legal Officer

Sam brings extensive experience to his position as global chief people and legal officer at Molson Coors, an expanded role he assumed in January 2012. He previously served as vice president and global chief legal officer since 2005 and, prior to that, US & worldwide chief legal officer and group vice president at Coors Brewing Company since 2002. His experience also includes serving as a partner for 10 years at the Washington, D.C., law firm of Wiley Rein & Fielding LLC, where he handled trial and non-trial matters for consumer products companies. He also brings U.S. government experience to his role, having run the Employment Standards Administration, the largest agency in the U.S. Department of Labor. Sam also held a sub-cabinet position in the U.S. Department of Education and served as assistant clearance counsel during the 2000 presidential transition. Samuel received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
Global Chief Supply Chain Officer
Celso is responsible for all aspects of Supply Chain at Molson Coors, including Procurement, Operations, Planning, Logistics and Distribution, Quality Assurance, EH&S, Engineering and Technical Innovation. Celso joined Molson Coors in September of 2010 as Chief Supply Chain Officer of Molson Coors International where he played a key role in the company’s expansion into China, India, and Ukraine. Prior to joining Molson Coors, Celso was Pepsi Cola’s VP and General Manager of Concentrate Operations responsible for the Americas and parts of Asia. Celso has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University, and an MBA with concentration in Operations Management from DePaul University.
