President, Sales and Distributor Operations
Kevin is president of sales and distributor operations for MillerCoors and is chiefly responsible for revenue, profit contribution and share growth.
Prior to his current role, Kevin was the chief commercial solutions officer for MillerCoors, leading the integration of our commercial operations, channel solutions and customer solutions teams.
Previously Kevin was chief customer officer, leading our sales efforts with regional and national chain retailers. In this role he developed and drove the MillerCoors Advantage, our bundle of goods and services designed to grow the size and value of retailers’ beer categories.
Before the founding of MillerCoors, Kevin was the vice president of sales for the Midwest region of Miller Brewing Company.
Kevin began his career with Miller in 1983 as retail representative for Crescent Distributing in Harahan, La. He held a variety of sales leadership positions before being named vice president of national accounts and sales development in 1993. He was named vice president of sales for the southern region in 2001.
Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in New Orleans.
Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer
Brian is executive vice president and chief supply chain officer for MillerCoors, where he is responsible for everything that goes into the brewing, packaging and shipping of our high-quality beers. He has over 30 years’ experience in corporate strategy and planning, sales, revenue management and supply chain.
Brian joined Coors Brewing Company in 2002 as director of supply chain, followed by director of strategy. He was a key member of the internal team that formed the MillerCoors joint venture, and was appointed vice president of strategy in 2009. Brian’s experience at MillerCoors includes serving as sales and distributor operations chief of staff, vice president of revenue management and regional vice president of sales in the Pacific region.
Prior to MillerCoors, Brian was a manager at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, a director at Seyfert Foods and a principal consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Brian earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in strategy and operations from the University of Michigan.
Chief Legal and Corporate Services Officer
Kelly Grebe is chief legal officer for MillerCoors. She is responsible for partnering with the business to develop practical and lawful solutions to key issues while considering business interests and legal constraints or risks.
Previously, Kelly served as chief legal & corporate services officer at MillerCoors. In that role, she had oversight for essential corporate services (office, real estate and security) that allowed MillerCoors to operate in a safe, productive and ethically responsible way. Kelly began her legal career at Quarles & Brady law firm before joining Miller Brewing Company in 1997.
Kelly serves on the board of Oregon-based Hop Valley, one of MillerCoors craft beer partners. She represents MillerCoors on the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club advisory board, complementing her passion for baseball and the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce Board (MMAC). She is also on the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Foundation Board and a member of the Quality Committee, helping her to be involved in an organization she has actively admired and supported for years. She most recently was appointed to the Board of Directors for the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County.
Kelly earned both her bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is a member of the Wisconsin and Illinois bar associations and was named Milwaukee Business Journal’s Top Corporate Counsel in 2012.
Chief Public Affairs and Communications Officer
President,Tenth and Blake Beer Company
As chief public affairs and communications officer, Pete is responsible for promoting MillerCoors business strategy and commercial interests with a wide variety of internal and external audiences, including employees, media, distributors, multicultural organizations, community groups, and local, state and federal governments.
Pete also is president of Tenth and Blake, the company’s craft and import division. In this role, he is charged with growing the company’s regional craft portfolio – which currently includes Hop Valley, Revolver, Saint Archer and Terrapin – as well as its prestige import beers, Peroni, Pilsner Urquell and Grolsch. He also oversees the company’s craft beer hospitality, which includes the Blue Moon RiNo Brewery in Denver, the Leinie Lodge in Chippewa Falls, Wisc., and the numerous tasting rooms from our regional craft brewers.
Before joining the MillerCoors senior leadership team, Pete was the brewer’s vice president of communications. Previously, he served as president, public relations, for OLSON + CO, and founder and president of Dig Communications, which was acquired by OLSON in 2010. Before founding Dig, he was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. He started working on the Miller Brewing Company business right out of undergrad at a public relations agency and later took on a role as manager of marketing communications for Miller.
Pete holds an MBA from the University of California - Los Angeles and a bachelor of arts in journalism from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Chief People and Diversity Officer
As chief people and diversity officer, Dave is responsible for driving the growth and development of the MillerCoors team. That includes cultivating a diverse and inclusive culture to help employees better connect with and understand each other, as well as our consumers, business partners and the people in the communities where we live and work.
Prior to his current role, Dave served as associate general counsel supporting the human resources and integrated supply chain organizations at MillerCoors. He was also responsible for the company’s ethics and compliance program, crisis management team and corporate security.
Before joining MillerCoors in 2006, Dave was in-house counsel for The Marcus Corporation and worked in the labor and employment and civil litigation departments of the law firm of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren.
Dave is on the board of directors for multiple non-profit organizations, including the Near West Side Partners, which is dedicated to improving the neighborhood near the MillerCoors Milwaukee campus, and the Coalition for Children, Youth and Families, which provides support to families through the foster care and adoption process.
Dave earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Chief Strategy Officer
As chief strategy officer, Brad is responsible for driving development, planning and execution of MillerCoors’ overall long-range strategy.
Most recently, Brad was chief commercial solutions officer, leading the Commercial Center of Excellence, including channel solutions, revenue management, local marketing, category management, local/shopper insights, e-commerce and commercial operations. Prior to that, Brad served in a number of other leadership roles at MillerCoors and Miller Brewing Co., including as vice president of sales for the Northeast Region, vice president of emerging accounts, vice president of revenue management and sales development, and senior director of pricing management. Before joining MillerCoors in 2004, Brad worked in consumer packaged goods on sales and pricing initiatives for Accenture.
Brad holds a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Michelle St. Jacques
Chief Marketing Officer
Michelle is the chief marketing officer for MillerCoors.
She joined MillerCoors from The Kraft Heinz Company, where most recently she was responsible for leading global brands and marketing capabilities across the organization.
During her time at Kraft Heinz, she oversaw multi-year growth and record market shares for the 150-year-old Heinz brand. She led brand building across a portfolio of iconic brands, from Kraft Mac & Cheese to Jell-O, with new strategies to drive relevancy and growth among younger households and bold, new creative campaigns. She also previously held leadership roles at Unilever, leading Global Dove Body Care and running the Skin and Deodorants portfolios in Canada. Prior to that, she held a variety of roles at SC Johnson, including two sales rotations and leading Glade PlugIns Scented Oil and Pledge new products.
Her track record and progressive approach to building brand equity have made her stand out in the field of marketing, particularly in the consumer packaged goods space. She understands what makes brands unique, relevant and is ready to take our brands to the next level.
She was named as one of 20 Rising Brand Stars in Chicago in 2017 by the advertising industry publication Adweek, which credited her with “helping craft campaigns that have gotten people talking.” Much of her work has been awarded globally and in the U.S., including Heinz’s “Weiner Stampede,” which was voted No. 2 by USA Today in the 2016 Super Bowl, a tongue-in-cheek campaign for Kraft Mac & Cheese called “Swear Like a Mother,” and a revived pitch from fictional TV adman Don Draper called “Pass the Heinz.” that drove more than 2.5 billion impressions with just three billboards and one print ad.
Chief Financial Officer
Greg is responsible for establishing strong financial management and commercial disciplines for the company and reporting ﬁnancial performance to its shareholders. Prior to his current role, Greg served as MillerCoors vice president of financial planning and corporate controller. Greg began his career in beer with Miller Brewing Company in 1998 as a corporate financial analyst, and has also held leadership roles on both the sales and strategy teams.
Prior to MillerCoors, he held positions with public accounting firm Ernst & Young in Milwaukee. Greg is a CPA, and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
