Opened in 1979 on a reclaimed U.S. Army air base, the Albany Brewery today provides jobs to 600 dedicated employees at this community-conscious facility 145 miles southwest of Atlanta. Albany, which brews 10 million barrels of beer a year, is among the largest employers in south-central Georgia.

Opened June 1, 2009, MillerCoors headquarters stands along the Chicago River in downtown Chicago. It also houses Tenth and Blake Beer Company. The headquarters is home to nearly 400 employees.

Opened in 1978, the Eden facility was the first brewery to produce Miller Genuine Draft back in 1986. Today, it’s a state-of-the-art operation with more than 670 employees and an annual brewing capacity of 9 million barrels. The small, friendly community of Eden lies near Greensboro.

Purchased in 1966 and the first brewery to brew Miller Lite, Fort Worth can make a Texas-sized claim as the birthplace of the low-calorie beer revolution. The 650 proud employees of the Fort Worth Brewery produce 9 million barrels of beer a year.

The Golden Brewery, founded by Adolph Coors in 1873, is the largest brewery by volume in the MillerCoors network today and is one of the largest single-site breweries in the world. 1100 employees brew and package 11 million barrels annually.

Visitors can enjoy a 30-minute, self-paced tour highlighting the malting, brewing and packaging process. The free tours start at the corner of 13th and Ford streets in Golden and conclude with samples of our fine products (if you’re 21 or older with a valid ID) in our hospitality lounge and shopping in the Coors & Co. gift shop. Can and Glass Manufacturing Plants

The company also has a joint venture partnership with Ball Corporation in operating the nation’s largest aluminum can manufacturing plant with 300 employees and an end manufacturing plant with 100 employees in Golden. MillerCoors has a joint venture partnership with Owens-Illinois operating a glass bottle manufacturing plant with 260 employees in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

The Milwaukee Brewery sits on land originally purchased by Frederick J. Miller in 1855. Nearly 720 employees brew 10 million barrels of beer every year.

The brewery offers free, one-hour indoor/outdoor guided walking tours starting at the visitor center. The tours go through each step of the brewing process and include a stop in our historic caves, where Fred Miller himself greets our guests. Tours finish at the Bavarian-style Miller Inn, where you can relax and enjoy a frosty beer sample (if you’re 21 or older with a valid ID). For tour information, click here
