Leo Kiely
Chief Executive Officer

Leo leads MillerCoors. His hands-on management style and keen knowledge of the beverage business will help us win. Most recently, Leo was the president and chief executive officer of Molson Coors Brewing Company, where he guided the company through major transitions, including the merger of Adolph Coors Company and Molson Inc. in 2005 and the acquisition of what is now Coors Brewers Limited in the United Kingdom. He joined Coors in 1993 as its chief operating officer.

 

Tom Long
President and Chief Commercial Officer

Tom runs all the commercial functions of MillerCoors, everything that affects the marketing and sale of our beers. He has held senior global positions in beverage sales, marketing and general management. Most recently, he was president and CEO of Miller Brewing Company, a position he took in August 2006. He joined Miller as chief marketing officer in 2005 from The Coca-Cola Company, where he served as president of its Northwest Europe Division.

 

N. Cornell Boggs III
Chief Responsibility and Ethics Officer

Cornell is accountable for ensuring we live up to our commitment to respect our consumers, our communities and our planet. Previously, Cornell was chief legal officer and group vice president of public affairs at Coors Brewing Company, where he was responsible for legal, government affairs, corporate communications, alcohol responsibility and water and natural resources. Before joining Coors in 2005, Cornell served as vice president and general counsel for Tyco Plastics and Adhesives, directing corporate reporting and a wide variety of legal matters. Earlier in his career, he served as associate general counsel for Anheuser-Busch.

 

Tom Cardella
President and Chief Executive Officer,
Tenth and Blake Beer Company

As president and CEO of Tenth and Blake Beer Company, Tom will have responsibility for leading this new company to support MillerCoors mission to create America's best beer company through winning in crafts and imports with craft brews like Blue Moon, Leinenkugel’s and Colorado Native, and fine imports, including Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Pilsner Urquell and Grolsch. Most recently, Tom was president of the Eastern Division, a position he took in July 2007. At Miller, Tom was executive vice president, sales and distribution. He also served as senior vice president, international brands and market development, responsible for fully developing SABMiller international brands in the U.S. market, as well as heading up Miller’s corporate distribution and pricing strategy.

 

Andrew J. England
Chief Marketing Officer

Andy is responsible for leading the company’s efforts in all areas of marketing. He will focus on increasing the strength and relevance of our portfolio of brands. Previously, Andy was chief marketing officer of Coors Brewing Company. Before joining Coors in February 2006, he spent more than 20 years in marketing and operations, driving profitable growth for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including The Hershey Company, Nabisco Biscuit Company, Cadbury Schweppes, Dr. Pepper/Seven-Up and OpenTable Inc.

 

Gavin Hattersley
Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Gavin is responsible for establishing strong financial management and commercial disciplines for the company and reporting financial performance to the two shareholders. Previously, he was senior vice president, finance, for Miller Brewing Company, a position he took in October 2002. He came to Miller from SAB Limited in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he had served as chief financial officer since 1999. Gavin joined SAB Limited in 1997. He began his career at Barlows Limited.

 

Nehl Horton
Chief Communications and Government Affairs Officer

Nehl is responsible for company communications with internal and external audiences, including local, state and federal governments. Nehl was most recently senior vice president, communications and government affairs for Miller Brewing Company, taking that position in September 2005. Before Miller, Nehl held senior communications positions at pharmaceutical leaders Novartis International AG and Pfizer, Inc. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at The Coca-Cola Company in a variety of U.S. and international public affairs positions.

 

Thomas Jacob "Jake" Leinenkugel
President, Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company

Jake became the fifth generation to head the Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company in 1989. Under Jake’s leadership, Leinenkugel’s has earned commanding market share in the Upper Midwest and is enjoying steady growth across the country as the Leinenkugel’s franchise expands its geographic footprint. Realizing that the beer industry is a people-oriented business, Jake travels extensively throughout the U.S. to personally greet Leinie fans and represent the company at a variety of events and functions. Jake is a
guest speaker at numerous events and a prominent member of the Chippewa Falls community.

 

Ed McBrien
President, Sales and Distributor Operations

Ed is responsible for all MillerCoors sales and distributor operations support, including its sales volume, profit contribution and share growth. Previously, he was president of the Western Division. At Coors, Ed was chief revenue officer for Coors Brewing Company. Ed joined Coors in October 1994 as the retail account director responsible for chain account business in the Midwest. He was promoted to vice president, key accounts, in 2004. Ed held a number of sales positions at Procter & Gamble for 13 years before joining Coors.

 

Dennis Puffer
Chief Operations Officer

Dennis is responsible for everything that goes into the brewing, packaging and shipment of our products to distributors. With more than 30 years experience in the beer industry, Dennis was most recently chief supply chain officer for Coors Brewing Company, responsible for supply chain operations and the Golden and Shenandoah breweries. He joined Coors in 1997 from Miller, where he was plant manager for the Trenton, Ohio, plant. Under Dennis, Trenton was Miller’s lowest-cost, highest-production facility, recognized as a model for state-of-the art equipment and organizational practices, including a successful self-directed work team concept.   

 

Karen Ripley
Chief Legal Officer

Karen leads the legal organization and is responsible for partnering with the business to develop practical and lawful solutions to key issues while considering business interests and legal constraints or risks. Most recently, Karen was vice president–deputy general counsel of Miller Brewing Company. Appointed to that position in August 2005, she managed legal issues related to sales operations, compliance and staff functions. She also handled administration of Miller’s legal department. Karen began her legal career at Miller in 1990. From September 2003 to July 2005, she was a member of the Philip Morris USA law department before returning to Miller.

 

Chris Kozina
Chief Human Resources Officer

As chief human resources officer, Chris is responsible for building and sustaining MillerCoors organizational and leadership capability, ensuring there’s top talent in the right roles to deliver strong business performance. Previously, Chris held leadership positions at MillerCoors as the vice president, insights and chief of staff. Prior to that, Chris served as vice president of information systems and chief information officer for Miller Brewing Company. Before joining Miller in 2007, Chris was equity client partner – global consumer products at Accenture.
