Tom Long
Chief Executive Officer

Tom leads MillerCoors. He has a decisive management style, a keen customer focus and extensive sales and marketing experience in the beverage industry. Most recently, he was president and chief commercial officer of MillerCoors. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Miller Brewing Company. Tom joined Miller Brewing Company as chief marketing officer in 2005. Before joining Miller, he served as president of Coca-Cola’s Northwest Europe Division, which included Great Britain, Ireland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.


Karen Alber
Chief Information Officer

Karen leads the development, implementation and integration of business processes and systems across MillerCoors. Before joining MillerCoors in February 2011, Karen served as senior vice president and global chief information officer for HJ Heinz. Prior to that role, Karen held leadership positions in information systems and supply chain at PepsiCo and Quaker Oats. She also worked at SAP America as industry segment manager for its food and beverage sector.

N. Cornell Boggs III
Chief Responsibility Officer

Cornell is accountable for ensuring we live up to our commitment to respect our consumers, our communities and our planet. Previously, Cornell was chief legal officer and group vice president of public affairs at Coors Brewing Company, where he was responsible for legal, government affairs, corporate communications, alcohol responsibility and water and natural resources. Before joining Coors in 2005, Cornell served as vice president and general counsel for Tyco Plastics and Adhesives, directing corporate reporting and a wide variety of legal matters. Earlier in his career, he served as associate general counsel for Anheuser-Busch.


Tom Cardella
President and Beer Merchant
Tenth and Blake Beer Company

Tom heads up Tenth and Blake Beer Company, the Craft and Imports division of MillerCoors. Tenth and Blake features craft beers from Blue Moon Brewing Company, Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company and AC Golden. Imports include Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Pilsner Urquell and Grolsch. Tom previously was president of the MillerCoors Eastern Sales Division, and before that he was executive vice president, sales and distribution at Miller Brewing Company. A 30-year veteran of the global beer business, Tom has held a variety of sales, marketing and executive positions at Miller Brewing Company, InBev USA and Femsa in Mexico.


Andrew J. England
Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Andy is responsible for leading the company’s efforts in marketing, communications, strategy and government affairs. Prior to that, Andy was chief marketing officer of Coors Brewing Company. Before joining Coors in February 2006, he spent more than 20 years in marketing and operations, driving profitable growth for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including The Hershey Company, Nabisco Biscuit Company, Cadbury Schweppes, Dr. Pepper/Seven-Up and OpenTable Inc.


Gavin Hattersley
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Gavin is responsible for establishing strong financial management and commercial disciplines for the company and reporting financial performance to its two shareholders. Previously, he was senior vice president, finance for Miller Brewing Company, a position he took in October 2002. He came to Miller from SAB Limited in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he served as chief financial officer since 1999. Gavin joined SAB Limited in 1997. He began his career at Barlows Limited.


Nehl Horton
Chief Communications, Strategy and Government Affairs Officer

Nehl is responsible for communications with internal and external audiences, including local, state and federal governments, as well as overseeing development of the company’s strategy and planning. Nehl was most recently senior vice president, communications and government affairs for Miller Brewing Company, taking that position in September 2005. Before Miller, Nehl held senior communications positions at pharmaceutical leaders Novartis International AG and Pfizer Inc. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at The Coca-Cola Company in a variety of U.S. and international public affairs positions. He began his career working in the media, politics and government.


Chris Kozina
Chief Human Resources Officer

Chris is responsible for building and sustaining MillerCoors organizational and leadership capability, ensuring we have top talent in the right roles to deliver strong business results. Previously, Chris held leadership positions at MillerCoors as vice president, insights, and chief of staff. Prior to that, Chris served as vice president of information systems and chief information officer for Miller Brewing Company. Before joining Miller in 2007, Chris was equity client partner – global consumer products at Accenture.


Ed McBrien
President, Sales and Distributor Operations

Ed is responsible for all MillerCoors sales and distributor operations support, including its sales volume, profit contribution and share growth. Previously, he was president of sales for the MillerCoors Western Sales Division. Prior to MillerCoors, Ed was chief revenue officer for Coors Brewing Company. Ed joined Coors in October 1994 as the retail account director responsible for chain account business in the Midwest. He was promoted to vice president, key accounts in 2004. Ed held a number of sales positions at Procter & Gamble for 13 years before joining Coors.


Fernando Palacios
Executive Vice President and Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer

Fernando leads the brewing, packaging and shipping of all of MillerCoors quality beers. Prior to joining MillerCoors in June 2011, Fernando was executive vice president of supply chain and operations at Land O’Lakes. He also held other senior-level positions, including executive vice president and chief operations officer, feed division, and vice president of supply chain and operations. In addition to Land O’Lakes, Fernando held supply chain leadership positions at Haagen-Dazs, Pillsbury and Kraft.   


Karen Ripley
Chief Legal and Corporate Services Officer

Karen leads the legal and corporate services organization. She is responsible for partnering with the business to develop practical and lawful solutions to key issues while considering business interests and legal constraints or risks. She also has oversight for essential corporate services (office, real estate and security) that allow MillerCoors to operate in a safe, productive and ethically responsible way. Most recently, Karen was vice president–deputy general counsel of Miller Brewing Company. Appointed to that position in August 2005, she managed legal issues related to sales operations, compliance and staff functions. She also handled administration of Miller’s legal department. Karen began her legal career at Miller in 1990. From September 2003 to July 2005, she was a member of the Philip Morris USA law department before returning to Miller.
