If you want to make beer your career, there’s no better place to start than MillerCoors. The Intern leadership Program recruits students from top colleges and business schools throughout the country to provide a mutually beneficial work experience and be our pipeline for entry level full time talent.

A MillerCoors internship is a 12-week, fast-paced program during which you will learn the beer business from the inside. Our interns work in functions including sales, corporate affairs, strategy, finance, information systems, marketing, procurement, national accounts and supply chain. You start off with an in-depth orientation program, and over the course of your 12 weeks with us, you’ll participate in a wide variety of programs designed to provide professional growth and a great immersion in our company and culture.

Not only do you have the opportunity to interact and learn from your department and fellow interns, but we also provide opportunities for you to meet and learn from the executive management team. Overall, it’s an experience that led Inc. magazine to call our program one of  "America's coolest internships."

We do hire college workers outside the Intern Leadership Program, these positions typically do not have the opportunity for full time conversion.

Criteria: 

 -- Must be 21 years of age by June 1, 2009

 -- U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. work authorization
