Your Career in Beer Starts Here
If you want to make beer your career, there’s no better place to start than MillerCoors. The Intern Leadership Program recruits students from top colleges and business schools throughout the country to provide a mutually beneficial work experience and build our pipeline for entry-level, full-time talent.
What do you have brewing this summer?
Consider applying to join our 12-week Intern Leadership Program, where you can learn how MillerCoors is creating America’s best beer company – and get exposed to some of what it takes to become a member of our team.
Our goal: Discover promising young talent like you that we can place into full-time positions once they graduate from college.
It’s a fast-paced program that combines work and fun.
At the beginning of the internship, you meet for orientation at the downtown Chicago headquarters or the Milwaukee Brewery, where you and other attendees hear from speakers and participate in activities teaching you about the beer business. From there, it’s a whirlwind journey into beer, as you become a member of one of our teams and take on special projects important to the business. Throughout the internship, you meet weekly with your supervisor to discuss performance, goals and projects. And to reinforce our performance results and values-based culture, you will receive an evaluation halfway through your internship, as well as a final evaluation. You’ll also make new friends along the way with a series of special events, and our interns lead committees with a budget to help plan additional service, sports and social activities. Through our unique Brew Crew Intern Network, you can network with MillerCoors employees at various levels across divisions.
