Our Brewery Management Development program was built to give you real-world, real-life experiences, doing meaningful work alongside full-time employees. You’ll be challenged, developed and rewarded as part of a team.

The MillerCoors Brewery Management Development program was designed as a 14-18 month accelerated learning opportunity for a select number of high-potential trainees. Individuals selected for this training program will achieve a strong foundation in their functional area (Brewing, Packaging or Packaging Maintenance), leadership development, as well as an overall appreciation for our brewery operations and the beer business.

These training opportunities are currently positioned in our Milwaukee, WI brewery. Upon successful completion of the program, Brewery Management Development program graduates will take on an exciting leadership opportunity within one of our eight US breweries.

The following are preferred prerequisites for candidates to be considered for the MillerCoors Brewery Management Development Program: 

Packaging Team Leader: 4-year technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Technology, or Manufacturing Technology

PEST (Packaging Equipment Specialist Team) Leader or Maintenance Planner/Controller: 4-year technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

Brewing Team Leader: 4-year technical degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Fermentation Science, Microbiology, or Biochemistry

Manufacturing experience is a plus

Willingness to work various shifts throughout the year and weekends during summer peak months

Willingness to relocate at the conclusion of the Program to a brewery of the company’s choice. Brewery locations participating in the Brewery Management Development Program include:

Trenton, Ohio

Must be a U.S. citizen or have U.S. permanent work authorization.
