Chief Executive Officer, MillerCoors
Prior to his current role, Gavin was global chief financial officer for Molson Coors and served as a member of the MillerCoors Board of Directors. Before Molson Coors, Gavin was executive vice president and chief financial officer for MillerCoors, where he was responsible for establishing strong financial management and commercial disciplines for the company, as well as reporting financial performance to the two parent companies of MillerCoors – Molson Coors and SABMiller plc – and to global analysts and investors.
Previously, Gavin was senior vice president, finance, for Miller Brewing Company. He came to Miller from SAB Limited in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he held several financial management positions before becoming CFO in 1999. Prior to joining SAB Limited, he spent almost 10 years at Barloworld Limited.
Gavin earned both a bachelor’s degree and an honors degree in accounting science from the University of South Africa
President, Sales and Distributor Operations
Kevin is president of sales and distributor operations for MillerCoors and is chiefly responsible for revenue, profit contribution and share growth.
Prior to his current role, Kevin was the chief commercial solutions officer for MillerCoors, leading the integration of our commercial operations, channel solutions and customer solutions teams.
Previously Kevin was chief customer officer, leading our sales efforts with regional and national chain retailers. In this role he developed and drove the MillerCoors Advantage, our bundle of goods and services designed to grow the size and value of retailers’ beer categories.
Before the founding of MillerCoors, Kevin was the vice president of sales for the Midwest region of Miller Brewing Company.
Kevin began his career with Miller in 1983 as retail representative for Crescent Distributing in Harahan, La. He held a variety of sales leadership positions before being named vice president of national accounts and sales development in 1993. He was named vice president of sales for the southern region in 2001.
Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in New Orleans.
Chief Legal and Corporate Services Officer
As chief legal and corporate services officer at MillerCoors, Kelly is responsible for developing practical and lawful solutions to key issues while considering business interests, legal constraints and risks. She also oversees essential corporate services (office, real estate and security), allowing MillerCoors to operate in a safe, productive and ethically responsible way. Previously, Kelly served as MillerCoors vice president and deputy general counsel, commercial. Kelly joined Miller Brewing Company in 1997, serving in various roles within the legal function throughout her career. Kelly earned her bachelor’s and juris doctorate degrees from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Tracey is responsible for establishing strong financial management and commercial disciplines for the company and reporting ﬁnancial performance to its shareholders. Previously, she was vice president of finance, planning & analysis and controller, a position she held since the formation of MillerCoors in 2008. Prior to that, she served as director of finance and group services at Miller Brewing Company. Tracey began her career in beer with SAB Limited in South Africa, holding several management roles. She also held positions with Barloworld, Ltd. and articled at KPMG South Africa. Tracey has bachelor's degree in commerce and accounting from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
Chief Marketing Officer
David Kroll is responsible for leading the company’s efforts in brand marketing, innovation, insights, media, and sports and event marketing.
Previously, David was vice president of innovation for MillerCoors. Prior to joining MillerCoors in 2012, David spent more than 20 years in marketing and operations, driving profitable growth for some of the world's most recognized brands, which included a range of leadership positions with Dyson, Alberto Culver (Unilever), Wrigley, P&G and Cargill.
David holds both an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. David and his wife have two children.
Chief Public Affairs and Communications Officer
Pete is responsible for promoting MillerCoors business strategy and commercial interests with a wide variety of internal and external audiences, including employees, media, distributors, multicultural organizations, community groups and local, state and federal governments. He was most recently vice president of communications at MillerCoors.
Prior to MillerCoors, Pete served as president, public relations for OLSON + CO and founder and president of Dig Communications, which was acquired by OLSON in 2010. Pete previously served as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. He started working on the Miller Brewing Company business right out of undergrad at a Public Relations agency and later took on a role as manager of marketing communications for Miller.
Pete holds an MBA from the University of California – Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Michelle is responsible for building and sustaining MillerCoors organizational and leadership capability while ensuring the company retains, develops and attracts top talent to deliver strong business results. She was most recently senior director of diversity and integrated talent management at MillerCoors, where she was responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy and framework for diversity and inclusion, in addition to heading talent resourcing and management for the company.
Prior to MillerCoors, Michelle served as the executive director for Quest Milwaukee, a youth education program at Marquette University. Prior to joining Quest, she worked for Miller Brewing Company in a number of roles, including director of HR strategic projects and assistant general counsel.
Michelle holds a bachelor of science in economics from Florida A&M University and a juris doctorate from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Executive Vice President and Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer
Fernando leads the brewing, packaging and shipping of all of MillerCoors quality beers. Prior to joining MillerCoors in June 2011, Fernando was executive vice president of supply chain and operations at Land O’Lakes. He also held other senior-level positions, including executive vice president and chief operations officer, feed division, and vice president of supply chain and operations. In addition to Land O’Lakes, Fernando held supply chain leadership positions at Haagen-Dazs, Pillsbury and Kraft. Fernando received his bachelor's and master of science from Mississippi University and a master in business administration from the University of Minnesota.
President & Chief Beer Merchant
Tenth and Blake Beer Company
Scott heads up Tenth and Blake Beer Company, the Craft and Imports division of MillerCoors. Tenth and Blake features craft beers and ciders from Blue Moon Brewing Company, Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company, Crispin Cider Company and AC Golden. Imports include Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Pilsner Urquell and Grolsch.
A veteran of more than 33 years in the beer industry, Scott previously was president of Coors Distributing Company in Denver. At Coors Distributing Company, Scott gained invaluable experience in growing a diverse portfolio of craft and import brands, including leading brands from Blue Moon Brewing Company and Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company. Scott previously held a number of senior roles, including vice president of integration planning at MillerCoors, vice president of global strategy at Molson Coors and chief market development officer at Molson Coors Canada.
Scott holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BA from the University of California - Davis.
