Pete joined Adolph Coors Company in 1971 where he held a number of executive and management positions. He previously served as chairman of the board of Adolph Coors Company from 2002 to 2005, and was chief executive officer from May 2000 to July 2002. He served as a director of Coors Brewing Company, the company’s US-based subsidiary, beginning in 1973. In 2002, he was named executive chairman, and was chief executive officer from 1992 to 2000. He has been a director of both US Bancorp and of Energy Corp. of America since 1996. Peter received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Graham Mackay joined The South African Breweries Limited in 1978 and has held a number of senior positions in the group, including executive chairman of the beer business in South Africa. He was appointed Group Managing Director in 1997 and chief executive of South African Breweries plc upon its listing on the London Stock Exchange in 1999. In 2012 he was appointed executive chairman. He is the senior independent non-executive director of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc and a director of Philip Morris International Inc. Graham received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA).

Alan Clark was appointed SABMiller’s chief operating officer in 2012 and will succeed Graham Mackay as chief executive of SABMiller plc in July 2013. Alan joined The South African Breweries Limited (SAB Ltd) in 1990 and has held a number of senior positions in the SABMiller Group including managing director of SABMiller Europe, operations and marketing director of SAB Ltd, chief executive of Amalgamated Beverage Industries Ltd (SAB Ltd’s soft drinks division) and chairman, Appletiser South Africa (Pty) Ltd. Before joining the group, Alan received his Doctorate of Psychology degree from the University of South Africa.

Nick Fell was appointed marketing director, SABMiller plc in 2006. Prior to this, he worked for Cadbury Schweppes plc as president, global commercial strategy and also as director of marketing, Cadbury Trebor Bassett. Nick previously worked for Diageo plc for 15 years in a number of senior roles, including global brands director, Johnnie Walker, and group marketing director, Guinness Brewing. Nick received his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Pembroke College.

Stewart is the president and chief executive officer of Molson Coors UK where he leads a team of more than 3,000 employees. Prior to his current role, he served as chief financial officer for Molson Coors Brewing Company and before that as chief financial officer for Molson Coors UK, where he oversaw all of the finance and IS activities within the business. Before joining Molson Coors in 2005, worked with KPMG and then The Hackett Group, both professional services companies where he held various senior audit and consulting roles. He worked with a broad array of multinational clients across the globe. Stewart received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The College of William and Mary and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami.

Gavin Hattersley is the global chief financial officer for Molson Coors. Prior to his current role, Gavin held a number of senior positions in South African Breweries Limited (SAB Ltd) , including chief financial officer of the South African beer division from 1999 to 2002. Gavin was appointed senior vice president – Miller Brewing Company, the outcome of South African Breweries purchase of Miller in 2002. He was named executive vice president and chief financial officer for MillerCoors, the U.S. joint venture owned by Molson Coors and SABMiller plc in 2008. Gavin earned both a bachelor’s degree and an honors degree in accounting science from the University of South Africa. In 1987, he passed the Public Accountants and Auditors Board exam.

Peter Swinburn was appointed president and chief executive officer of Molson Coors Brewing Company in 2008. He previously served as president and chief executive officer of Coors Brewing Company. Prior to this role, he was president and chief executive officer of Coors Brewers Ltd., where he was responsible for the company's business in the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia. Prior to this role, he served as president of Coors Brewing Worldwide, a division of Coors Brewing Company, and as chief operating officer of Coors Brewers Ltd. Peter joined the company in 1974 and served in several senior roles in marketing, retail management and sales, including chief operating officer for Coors Brewers Ltd., sales director for Coors Brewers Ltd. and Bass Brewers, and director of Grolsch U.K., a joint venture between Coors Brewers Ltd. and Grolsch. He also served as chairman for Tradeteam, a logistics company jointly owned by Coors Brewers Ltd. and DHL. Peter received his Bachelor of Science degree with Honors from the University of Wales.

Tony van Kralingen was appointed supply chain and human resources director for the SABMiller group in October 2008. He joined The South African Breweries Limited (SAB Ltd) in 1982 and has held a number of senior positions in the group. These include operations director and marketing director, SAB Ltd, chairman and chief executive officer, Plzenský Prazdroj A.S. and, most recently, chairman and managing director: SAB Ltd. In his current role he is accountable for group procurement, technical and R&D, information technology and human resources. Tony received his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Natal University.
Samuel Walker

Sam brings extensive experience to his position as global chief people and legal officer at Molson Coors, an expanded role he assumed in January 2012. He previously served as vice president and global chief legal officer since 2005 and, prior to that, US & worldwide chief legal officer and group vice president at Coors Brewing Company since 2002. His experience also includes serving as a partner for 10 years at the Washington, D.C., law firm of Wiley Rein & Fielding LLC, where he handled trial and non-trial matters for consumer products companies. He also brings U.S. government experience to his role, having run the Employment Standards Administration, the largest agency in the U.S. Department of Labor. Sam also held a sub-cabinet position in the U.S. Department of Education and served as assistant clearance counsel during the 2000 presidential transition. Samuel received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
James Wilson

James Wilson joined SABMiller in 2005. He was appointed as the company’s chief financial officer in August 2011. Prior to this, he held a number of senior positions in the group, including senior vice president, market development and strategy, Miller Brewing Company, USA; managing director, SABMiller Russia; managing director for SABMiller’s central European businesses, and most recently finance director for SABMiller Europe. He has 23 years of experience in the global beverage industry, having held a number of senior executive positions before joining SABMiller, notably group finance director and managing director - operations of Highland Distillers plc; executive chairman of Maxxium. James received his Juris Doctor degree with Honors from the University of Edinburgh.
