Tom Long
Chief Executive Officer

Tom leads MillerCoors. He has a decisive management style, a keen customer focus and extensive sales and marketing experience in the beverage industry. Most recently, he was president and chief commercial officer of MillerCoors. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Miller Brewing Company. Tom joined Miller Brewing Company as chief marketing officer in 2005. Before joining Miller, he served as president of Coca-Cola’s Northwest Europe Division, which included Great Britain, Ireland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Tom received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Scott Whitley
President & Chief Beer Merchant
Tenth and Blake Beer Company

Scott heads up Tenth and Blake Beer Company, the Craft and Imports division of MillerCoors. Tenth and Blake features craft beers and ciders from Blue Moon Brewing Company, Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company, Crispin Cider Company and AC Golden. Imports include Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Pilsner Urquell and Grolsch.

A veteran of more than 33 years in the beer industry, Scott previously was president of Coors Distributing Company in Denver. At Coors Distributing Company, Scott gained invaluable experience in growing a diverse portfolio of craft and import brands, including leading brands from Blue Moon Brewing Company and Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company. Scott previously held a number of senior roles, including vice president of integration planning at MillerCoors, vice president of global strategy at Molson Coors and chief market development officer at Molson Coors Canada.

Scott holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BA from the University of California - Davis.

Andrew J. England
Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Andy is responsible for leading the company’s efforts in marketing and strategy. Previously, Andy was chief marketing officer of Coors Brewing Company. Before joining Coors in February 2006, he spent more than 20 years in marketing and operations, driving profitable growth for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including The Hershey Company, Nabisco Biscuit Company, Cadbury Schweppes, Dr. Pepper/Seven-Up and OpenTable Inc. Andy received his Bachelor of Science from Durham University and a Master in Business Administration from Stanford University.

Kelly Grebe
Chief Legal and Corporate Services Officer

As chief legal and corporate services officer at MillerCoors, Kelly is responsible for developing practical and lawful solutions to key issues while considering business interests, legal constraints and risks. She also oversees essential corporate services (office, real estate and security) allowing MillerCoors to operate in a safe, productive and ethically responsible way. Previously, Kelly served as MillerCoors vice president and deputy general counsel, commercial. Kelly joined Miller Brewing Company in 1997, serving in various roles within the legal function throughout her career. Kelly earned her Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Pete Marino
Chief Public Affairs and Communications Officer

Pete is responsible for promoting MillerCoors business strategy and commercial interests with a wide variety of internal and external audiences, including employees, media, distributors, multicultural organizations, community groups and local, state and federal governments. He was most recently vice president of communications at MillerCoors.

Prior to MillerCoors, Pete served as president, public relations for OLSON + CO and founder and president of Dig Communications, which was acquired by OLSON in 2010. Pete previously served as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. He started working on the Miller Brewing Company business right out of undergrad at a Public Relations agency and later took on a role as manager of marketing communications for Miller.

Pete holds an MBA from the University of California – Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Tracey Joubert
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Tracey is responsible for establishing strong financial management and commercial disciplines for the company and reporting financial performance to its shareholders. Previously, she was vice president of finance, planning & analysis and controller, a position she held since the formation of MillerCoors in 2008. Prior to that, she served as director of finance and group services at Miller Brewing Company. Tracey began her career in beer with SAB Limited in South Africa, holding several management roles. She also held positions with Barloworld, Ltd. and articled at KPMG South Africa. Tracey has Bachelor in Commerce and Accounting from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Jami McDermid
Chief Business Transformation Officer

Jami is responsible for the company’s business transformation efforts, which will drive sustainable growth for the company through enhanced capabilities and integrated processes and systems.

Before her current role, Jami led the commercial efforts of the business transformation team after serving as regional vice president of MillerCoors for the Central and Mountain sales regions. Prior to that, she held senior roles at Coors Brewing Company, including vice president of commercial development and vice president of market development.

Before joining Coors, Jami served as vice president of sales and business development at Diageo, and vice president business process improvements and vice president of global customer development at Seagram Spirits and Wine Group.

Jami holds an MBA from California Polytechnic University, an Advanced Management Certification from Claremont College and a BS from Michigan State University.

Michelle Nettles
Chief Human Resources Officer

Michelle is responsible for building and sustaining MillerCoors organizational and leadership capability while ensuring the company retains, develops and attracts top talent to deliver strong business results. She was most recently senior director of diversity and integrated talent management at MillerCoors, where she was responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy and framework for diversity and inclusion, in addition to heading talent resourcing and management for the company.

Prior to MillerCoors, Michelle served as the executive director for Quest Milwaukee, a youth education program at Marquette University. Prior to joining Quest, she worked for Miller Brewing Company in a number of roles, including director of HR strategic projects and assistant general counsel.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Florida A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Ed McBrien
President, Sales and Distributor Operations

Ed is responsible for all MillerCoors sales and distributor operations support, including its sales volume, profit contribution and share growth. Previously, he was president of sales for the MillerCoors Western Sales Division. Prior to MillerCoors, Ed was chief revenue officer for Coors Brewing Company. Ed joined Coors in October 1994 as the retail account director responsible for chain account business in the Midwest. He was promoted to vice president, key accounts in 2004. Ed held a number of sales positions at Procter & Gamble for 13 years before joining Coors. Ed received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University.

Fernando Palacios
Executive Vice President and Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer

Fernando leads the brewing, packaging and shipping of all of MillerCoors quality beers. Prior to joining MillerCoors in June 2011, Fernando was executive vice president of supply chain and operations at Land O’Lakes. He also held other senior-level positions, including executive vice president and chief operations officer, feed division, and vice president of supply chain and operations. In addition to Land O’Lakes, Fernando held supply chain leadership positions at Haagen-Dazs, Pillsbury and Kraft. Fernando received his Bachelor and Master of Science from Mississippi University and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
